Blog Works

Blog is the first marketing medium that business can advertise them and get response from the customers at the same time. I think the most important thing of today’s marketing is not to be most mentioned company on the internet, but the most trusted adviser on the internet. Nowadays, any business needs to manage the customer relations and in that sense, every business is in the service industry. That means, business needs to build trust with customers increasing the credibility and transparency, and blog can certainly improve the trust relationship with customers.

I think blogs do work - especially for businesses that want to stayin the running for the new and upcoming generation. A company that refuses to communicate in new ways is as equivelent today as a company that refused to invest in the automobile and continued to rely on the horse. Stephanie

at the the same time I think that bloggs can ruin a company or take credibilty from a company. if a customer has an issue with a company these days it is much easier for them to mass broadcast their negative opin ion over a blog. this brings us back to the question on my blog about whether blogs are beneficial or detrimental to a company in the long run.
